We offer a wide variety of classes in a fun and engaging envioronment

CrossFit

CrossFit

Our CrossFit combines strength, bodyweight and olympic weightlifting exercises with conditioning elements in an intelligent and effective manner. You’ll get insanely fit under the watchful eyes of our expert coaches.

Endurance

Endurance

This 55 minute class is a more aerobically based training session involving aspects of strength and metabolic conditioning from CrossFit. We’ll run, row and bike and we go outside whenever whether permits.

Open Prep

Open Prep

Looking to compete in local or regional CrossFit events? Want to improve your performance in the CrossFit Open? Well this class is for you. We work on special movements and will put you through competition style WODs so you’re ready to perform.

Pure Kettlebell

Pure Kettlebell

This 30 minute class is fun and up-tempo. If you like kettlebells this is the class for you. We’ll work on a variety of kettlebell skills for a workout that is great for both strength and conditioning.

Yoga

Yoga

We have an extensive and diverse Yoga program with multiple classes every day. We offer Vinyasa, Core, Yin, Slow Flow and Hatha Yoga.

Senza [Bootcamp]

Senza [Bootcamp]

This is our take on Bootcamp class. Senza means ‘without’ in Italian and that’s the theme of this 45 minute class. This fun and up-tempo class is without technical lifts, heavy weights, competitive atmosphere and without pretense.
